- An operating website designed and hosted by ISSI. Your site will include a broad range of information and directions for participant, spouses, trustees and employers.
- A secure, interactive website linked with your ISSI Benefit Administration System. In addition to a public site, participants can log on to a secure, interactive portion that contains individual benefit information.
ISSi-Remit
ISSi-Remit accurately captures, manages, and transfers remittance data electronically, allowing Employers to submit reports and make payments online to the Fund office. This secure, easy- to-use module:
- Reduces remittance and payment errors by eliminating duplicate entry of remittance data
- Allows Employers to deposit contributions directly to the Fund’s accounts via ACH transfer

Electronic Claims Translation Module
ISSI's Electronic Claims Translation Module was developed by experts in claims processing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions, resulting in the best product in the marketplace. The Electronic Claims Translation Module is a fully HIPAA/EDI compliant processor that provides complete support for the HIPAA/EDI transaction set, including the new 5010 and ICD10 requirements.
When used in conjunction with the ISSI Claims Processing Module, the Electronic Claims Translation Module simplifies the processing, auto-adjudication, and auto-release of electronic claims.
The Electronic Claims Translation Module can also work with many third party claims processing systems, repricers, health networks, providers, and trading partners. You may be able to efficiently and effectively send and receive electronic claims transactions at a fraction of the cost and hassle associated with clearinghouses or proprietary products.
Remote Hosting with ISSi-Cloud
ISSI is in the unique position to offer our products and services under two scenarios: “Remote Hosting” at ISSI’s facilities with ISSi-Cloud and “Onsite Hosting” at your location. The application software and functionality are identical under each approach.
With ISSi-Cloud, the Fund Office simply accesses applications and data via a secure internet connection. This solution provides:
- All the benefits of the ISSI system software without the purchase and maintenance of a system server at the Fund Office
- Data protection through ISSI’s Continuity Optimization Program (ISSi-COP)
ISSi-COP includes:
- Nightly backups of the Fund Office data
- Storage of current backups to ISSI’s Disaster Contingency Server five nights a week
- Complete system replication at an offsite facility, ensuring continuity of business operations
Because the application software is licensed the same under each approach, ISSI clients have the flexibility to move from Remote to Onsite hosting.

- An On-Site Computer System Security Review by a qualified ISSI engineer
- A Final Computer System Security Review Report detailing our findings and recommendations for improvements in HITECH Act Compliance
